luke was born 5 weeks early.
he was cared for in the special care unit at L.G.I hospital in leeds.
he was very special too his family,
luke had 1 sister and 2 brothers,
he is missed bye all that loved him very much,
rest in peace son.
How do you get through a day,
surreal and long as this,
when you held his hand for the very last time,
and sealed it with a kiss,
when bells ring in the distance,
and your eyes are filled with tears,
it"s the last time we exit today,
a son and mother,
our spirits still one,
i"d finally like to say,
what gets us through is knowing that,
our hands will join agian one day,
so lord keep them safe,
till my time is near,
to be with them again.

Theres angels in the sky above watching over there loved ones that cannot be with them on this new year, So there loved ones down on earth wisper softly up to the sky above and say a happy new year our angels, we also visit where there place of rest is too place fresh flowers and gifts for there angels that are not here with us, our angels are watching over us until its time too be reunited with them when god calls us home so too our darling angels sleeping on this new year take care off each other as we know you do with us.
